The Acquisition Marketing Department is responsible for driving players towards the Casino brands.
Purpose of Job:
The main focus of the New Business Affiliate Account Manager role will be on our casino gaming brands, and will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our industry leading affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
- Identifying new affiliate opportunities, generating leads, delivering new business and closing deals.
- Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships
- Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners
- Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of client affiliate marketing
- Proactively managing your online marketing budget & spend, ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio
- Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward
- Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports - Conversion rates optimisation
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
- Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service
- Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spreadsheets

Essential Criteria:
- Solid experience within a sales environment, Account Management and/or Digital Marketing
- Fluent English – both written and spoken
- Proven planning and organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with Revenue share and CPA (Cost Per Action) payment models
- Previous online media buying experience
