LIFECYCLE MARKETER | Retention MARKETING
This Lifecycle marketing role will be responsible for the design and delivery of trigger-based lifecycle campaigns and communication therefore ensuring ongoing value extraction from our customer base.
In addition to implementing new campaigns, constant a/b testing of campaigns to assess effectiveness will be needed. The candidate will strive to improve overall retention rates and value extraction from the identified segments.

Purpose of Job:
The candidate will be responsible for growing and developing all designated markets through the implementation of segmented lifecycle campaigns. This includes building new and improving existing workflows and communication to extract maximum customer value by enhancing customer conversion, welcome offer and onboarding and reacquisition. Monitor KYC ratios, improve communication opt-in during player onboarding, implement a brand cross sell strategy, manage transactional email sends ensuring compliance and brand alignment, improve single to multi depositor rates, use external retargeting and execute failed deposit campaigns.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels with input from local in country knowledge available internally.
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs to meet objectives for all lifecycle promotional and client-facing communications, email, sms and in-client messaging.
- Develop and implement intervention for improving conversion and reacquisition of the customer base through innovative and relevant segmented campaigns.
- Continuously analysing competitors to scan for best practises.
- Ensure product enhancements and new features are marketed to existing customers.
- Engagements with business stakeholders to understand cross department requirements within the job scope.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Data mine and identification of customers needing intervention.
- Incorporate customer personalisation strategies within campaign execution.
- Be responsible for maintaining the customer experience within the designated lifecycle.
- Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed.
